If you're looking for a house inspector who won't give you any sugar-coating, this is the company for you. We've had some issues crop up in our home, but not unexpectedly as they were things that were caught in the home inspection so we've had time to save for them. Would absolutely recommend this company for anyone who is buying a home.

The amount of detail and experience this team brings to inspections and the write up was very impressive. Stinard Inspections' prompt, thorough, report let us know exactly what we were buying. The inspection included a 90 day structural and mechanical warranty. But what really set Fred Stinard apart from inspectors we had used in the past was his dedication to quality. When we gave the Seller's realtor a copy of the inspection they were impressed and grateful. Naturally; a 70 year old home can use some updating , no matter how well it has been maintained. Since Fred Stinard is also an official licensed FHA 203K Consultant he has a virtual Rolodex of local specialized contractors which he shared with our Realtor and they passed on to us.
